MOTM 2009

Wow!  Is it possible to have move fun than we all had in Key West for MOTM 2009?  I don’t think so unless it happens at

MOTM 2010!  The weather was beautiful, the crowds were larger than they have been the last couple of years and the

music was outstanding!!  One of the highlights for the Aries Angels is that the loudest applause at the Blue Heaven

Songwriter Showcase on Sunday was for San Diego’s own Rob Mehl!!  The West coast doesn’t get a lot of recognition at

these events so it was wonderful to see  the reaction of attendees from all over the country to Rob’s music.  We’re very

proud of you Rob!!

Another highlight of the event was the 2nd Annual TropRock Music Awards.  Awards were handed out in 15 categories. 

The one that is of primary importance to me personally was the recognition as ‘Fan of the Year’ that deservedly went to

Aries Angel Patti Janco and her husband Gary!!  No one works harder behind the scenes to promote independent music

and musicians that Patti and Gary.

Between  Cheri and I, we took somewhere close to 500 pictures!  As soon as I figure out how, I will insert a gallery of
